Men of Valor and Prayer at Resurrected Life Church is a vibrant growing ministry that seeks to encourage man to develop a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Through God’s Grace one of our main goals is to build men’s faith, relationships and ministry through the men’s events we have, spiritual books we read, and most importantly through prayer. Below, you will find our specific mission, vision, and purpose.
To reach Men inside and outside the church with the love of Christ, help them grow in their walk with the Lord, and apply God’s Word to their lives.
As a ministry of Resurrected Life Church, MVP, exists as the men’s ministry arm of the church to glorify God by advancing the kingdom of Jesus Christ in the lives of men. To accomplish this, MVP aims to encourage men in spiritual growth via discipleship, leadership, accountability, recreation, service, study, and fellowship. MVP will embody a “No Man Left Behind” attitude to include all men inside our doors as well as outside.
To support men in their Christian walk and development toward spiritual maturity. Men will be challenged through bible study, prayer meetings, and times of fellowship. This ministry is designed to develop productive relationships between Christian men, both within and outside of the RLEC family.
Assess and meet the needs of the men of RLEC.
Through example, mentoring and testimony, establish an atmosphere where men will be prepared and nurtured to hear, receive, accept and grow in the Spirit and move on the Word of God.
Encourage men to read & study their Bible, develop a relationship with God, and its relevance to everyday activities and situations.
Enlist 100% of the men to actively participate in the RLEC Men’s Ministry.
Cultivate, prepare and encourage men in the Spirit of God to assume future leadership positions in the Ministry and RLEC.
